RIP XBox 360 Pro

It appears that the Pro Model Xbox 360 is well on it’s way out, as a leaked ad recently shows the
Xbox 360 Elite model at a $299.99 price point. It only makes sense to get rid of a model, since there were three SKU’s on shelves making it the only console with more than two different SKU’s comparing it to the Wii and PS3.
The ad shows the new price point two weeks from now, which means by the end of August
the Elite should be priced at $299.99.

Kotaku has e-mailed MS in regards to the possible price drop, and are awaiting a response back.
